These Terms and Conditions govern your use of hnacommerceclasses.com (the "Website") and your enrolment in any course, event, workshop or revision programme offered by Harsha & Amurutha Commerce Classes ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website, registering for any programme, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or register for our programmes.

1. About Us

Harsha & Amurutha Commerce Classes is a coaching venture providing preparatory education for Chartered Accountancy (CA), Cost and Management Accountancy (CMA) and Company Secretary (CS) qualifications, through online courses, recorded content, live sessions and offline classroom events. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI), or the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to register. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms and consents to your registration and payment.

You agree that all information you provide during registration — including your name, mobile number, email address, city, college and examination attempt — is accurate and complete. We may refuse or cancel a registration made using false information.

3. Our Programmes

3.1 Online courses and recorded content Access to online courses is granted for the validity period stated on the course page. Access is personal to you and non-transferable. Course content, validity, and delivery platform are as described at the time of purchase. 3.2 Offline events and revision marathons Offline programmes, including Mission Exemption 2026, are conducted at the venue, on the dates and during the hours published on the event page. Registration entitles you to attend only the sessions for the subjects you have registered for. We provide printed study material and light refreshments as stated on the event page. No charges beyond your registration fee will be levied at the venue. 3.3 Changes to schedule We may change session timings, the running order of sessions, faculty allocation, or the venue within the same city where circumstances require it. We will notify you by email, WhatsApp or SMS at the contact details you provide. A change of this nature does not entitle you to a refund. If we cancel a programme entirely, Clause 4 of our Refund and Cancellation Policy applies. 3.4 Seat availability Offline events have limited seating, stated on the event page. Seats are allotted on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis. Submitting the registration form does not reserve a seat; your seat is confirmed only when payment is successfully received and you receive a confirmation from us.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided, including but not limited to lecture videos, study materials, notes, diagrams, and flowcharts, is the intellectual property of Harsha and Amurutha Commerce Classes. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or sharing of these materials is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the relevant page.

Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not collect, process or store your card, UPI or bank credentials at any point. Your payment is subject to the terms and privacy practices of the payment gateway.

Promotional pricing, including early-bird pricing, applies only to registrations completed and paid for within the stated window. A registration begun before a deadline but paid after it will be charged at the standard price.

Combination pricing applies automatically where you select the qualifying combination of subjects. Discounts are not retrospective and cannot be applied to a registration already paid for

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our educational content, fees once paid are generally non-refundable. We encourage students to view our demo lectures on our YouTube channel, 'Harsha and Amurutha Commerce Classes', before making a purchase decision. Refund requests under exceptional circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional decorum in all interactions, including discussion forums and live sessions. Any form of harassment, spamming, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee specific exam results. Success depends on the student's individual effort and preparation. We are not liable for any technical issues arising from the student's internet connection or hardware.
